How to make learners license in Mumbai without an agent(Driving school)

First of all this post should help all those who want to save their money and make their license without an agent i.e. a driving school.Now people may think that it is a very difficult and tedious task.So there are almost 90% people going to driving schools for getting their license and these driving schools charge any where from 700 to 1300 for your learners license depending on whether your license permits bikes or cars or both.
But here is something that will interest you.I spent only Rs 30 to get my learners license for "bike with gear".And if anyone wants license even for cars you have to pay only rs 60.Because the RTO charges only Rs 30 per class of vehicle.
Now lets begin with the process.And I am explaining the shortest process which would take a maximum of only 45 minutes.But to find out this process I spend 220 minutes because I used the try try till you succeed method.
First go to the RTO site and register online.The link for the site is

Filling the form is easy as there is nothing tough asked as long as you know the names of yourself and parents.Then you select a suitable date for an appointment at the RTO.
Take a printout of the form you have filled and then its time for preparing the documents necessary for verification.
Now the documents required are

ADDRESS proof:Life insurance policy Or electricity bill Or telephone bill Or Election Card Or electoral roll or Passport

NOTE:RATION CARD is NOT accepted as ADDRESS PROOF.

AGE Proof: Birth certificate Or Leaving Certificate of school or college(Attested) because the original is never with us.

NATIONALITY proof: if your leaving certificate has mentioned that your nationality is Indian you dont require any other document or else for those its not given necessary Citizenship certificate
ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS HAVE TO BE TAKEN ALONG WITH A XEROX COPY NOT NECESSARILY ATTESTED BUT GET IT ATTESTED TO BE ON THE SAFER SIDE.

Now on the day of submission: Reach RTO at time specified on the printout of the form submitted online.

1. PROCESS OF VERIFICATION:(Different for Online forms and forms available for manual filling)
First you have to get your documents verified by a police officer in charge.Usually there is a separate section for online forms and THIS IS THE BENIFIT OF SUBMITTING THE FORM ONLINE.If you fill the form on your own then you have to stand in a long queue to get your documents verified.

2.PAYING PROCESS:After your documents are verified ask the officer who verified your documents what is the next step.He will hopefully guide you to the right person(or section) and to confirm just ask anyone where the money has to be paid.Once you pay the money you will get a receipt stapled to your form.

3.DATA FEEDING: Now ask the person whom you paid the form as to where shoukd you get the DATA SUBMITTED and please specify that you have an online form because once again there is a separate section for the online forms.The data feeding process is a little time consuming but you cant help.

4.PHOTO AND SIGNATURE VERIFICATION:Again ask the person who fed your data to the computer as to what is the next step.He will tell you that you have to go to some section of the RTO "Photo lene Ke liye".Here you have to simply follow the instruction of the person at the desk and verify your data properly.

5.LEARNER"S TEST:Now the last part and the easiest part of getting your learners.You will see one section of the RTO where tests are being conducted.Just ask any policeman "learners ke liye test kaha pe hai".He will send you inside a room in which many people are waiting to give their test and you have to just select option A B or C as you see the question.

Then IF YOU PASS THE TEST YOUR JOB IS DONE.
They will return your form to you and tell you to come 2 days later and collect your LEARNERS LICENSE .
